Everyone knows HILTI.

its not always the drill that you need, good quality drill bits will make a massive difference, and stepping up in size will also help, there no point spending between £250-£700 on a drill and then using £10 drill bits

Hi ,
I heard Hilti are Good But Confused which model shall i go for..
I know i need to spend further 100 - 125 for drill bit

Look up Hilti Uk for spec on their drills and drill bits.
Hilti state an optimum max diameter for drill bit for each drill, - but the drill will be capable of bigger.
Take a look at T60 or T80 ATC or similar. But they cost plenty. Hilti rep will advise on proper drill and reduced price.
The 'ATC' is an addition to the clutch, it is an electronic safety cut out if the bits jam

Thanks Boss...

They could be bought used on eBay, if you were happy to take the risk. Likely if the casing and rest of drill shows little abuse, then it might be a good one.
