baxi solo 3 pfl removing coil

How do I get the coil off the gas valve, I am sure it's rediculously simple. But i have never changed one on this boiler before.

cant remember but it is something to do with the spring clip inbetween the coil and the metal bracket

Yeah there's an L shaped clip between the coil and the metal U shaped retaining bracket that goes on the solenoid.

Remove the L clip then the solenoid and bracket slide off the gas valve.
