What would you use? Ladder or scaffold? And hot to charge to client. There is a boiler in the position. But I don't think I could get the flue out and new one in without outs access.

U can fit ideal logic from internal and pull flue and prv back to wall and just seal inside. Flue needs to have been core drilled. I have used ladders to 4th floor. Not fun lifting them up. Have used a truck mounted cherry picker too £400 for 1/2 day. But check out ideal logic first . Defo charge custard but make it obvious that the ££££ is for access

Worth checking mains water pressure and flow rate too unless boosted as over 3 floors can be iffy ;)

I am going to install a logic + system boiler. The hole needs to be 5 inch though doesn't it? I have tried pushing those sealing rings through before but not managed it. Also, the holes never seem to line up with new flue.

Megaflow in and great pressure. Funny thing was is the guy wanted the megaflow taken out and a combi put in. I was tempted to say ok and keep the megaflow for myself. But, advised him against it in the end.

Yes easy. Elastic band round collar with bit of string on it. Once through wall yank string and off comes the band
