Boiler issue

Need a bit of advice fitted a vaillant pro in Nov. Cold mains flushed system and then added cleaner and did hot flush then cold flush and fitted instinct filter 2 wks ago vaillant went and plate was partially blocked. They fitted new plate, filter had some dirt in but not as bad as some I have seen. Did another hot flush but hot water is playing up again. Filter has some magnetite in but not much. I think the radiators are breaking down internaly advising customer to change rads. Never had a problem with any other boilers.

Is the filter magnet working? Never heard of that brand

did you power flush it? vaillants hate any dirt, much like WB etc, try a power flush attached to a magnacleanse

Going to power flush it get customer to change rads. In this day and age manufacturers should be designing boilers that can cope with our systems. Should have put an intergas in.
