Boiler issues

Hi new to the site I'm a gsr in kent have a solo 2 50pf
changed a Pcb as it failed. ok for weeks and now about every other day the gas valve chatters and burner flame dims and sometimes goes out but always relights as pilot is still on checked gas valve resistance pilot solenoid 1.5k main solenoid 5.6k so there ok have a Drayton 3port I'm sure someone told me sometime ago that they can play up with this boiler any ideas? Sorry Carl but we can't discuss this in open forum to protect idiots hell bent on committing suicide by diying their own boilers.
