Boiler Problem

Hi,

My Vaillant Ecotec boiler keeps turning off. According to the control panel in the house it is working, but the orange light actually on the boiler goes off. The only way to start the boiler up again is to press both the 'plus' and 'minus' buttons at the same time. What could be the problem and how is it fixed?

Being as you have another problem you need a GSR with G3.
