What checks do you guys do when boiler servicing ? I m 99% I cover it all just want to check
Check boiler works
Tightness test
Visual inspection
Fga
Clean spark electrodes and condense
Scrub heat exchanger
Standing pressure
Burner pressure
Fga
Tightness
And also whats the ratio reading when you dont need to even open a condensing boiler? 0004?
What about non condensing

We cannot and will not give advice on the installation, service or repair of boilers for your own safety unless you can prove you are in the industry.

I arrive, tea, milk one sugar, spark up the boiler to make sure its working then pull out the baffles and burner. Give the inside a good scrub and hoover, strip down the burner, new nozzle, clean the bits and put them all back together. Change oil filter and give tank once over. Dump pressure and check expansion vessel if there. Oil gauge in. Spark it up to warm up, check flue, fire valve and condensate if he. Analyser in and twiddle till its right. Give em my bill and on to the next one.

The customers jubblies and contents of biscuit barrel But really you can't be serious asking this question.

Think you should check reverse of your gas safe card! Surely you learned this when completing CCN1, CPA1 and CENWAT1

What about non condensing

How can you service any boiler whether condensing or non condensing without the
need to remove the casing?

You also seem to have missed a number of other vital checks in your list.
