British Gas RD628

Hi

New to the forum..

I am doing a surprise for my in laws which has resulted in me having to remove a radiator, in doing so, I drained the system of a British Gas RD628 boiler.

I want to refill but ther eis no water entering the boiler when I put the white key , turn it a 1/4 turn and undo the black knurled knob next to it. (Similar set up to my worcester boiler

Anyone out there who could help me?

my british gas boiler red harzard light keeps flashing then when reset boiler does not fire up. Any suggestions.
