Feel like I've had the worst week in five years. Been working loads and can't keep up with it. Been getting sweats and headaches. Haven't got the same vision or forward thinking that I normally have, and making stupid mistakes and can't seem to think straight. Been at home this weekend and I feel tired mentally and physically. Not a good week! It's felt as though I am new to the game this week. I've felt a bit negative about it all. I hope it gets better this week.

Keep your chin up helpsy. Nearly Christmas mate. We all have bad weeks. Tomorrow is a new day.

May I suggest that you don`t ignore it, I went a couple of months feeling like I was stuck in 3rd gear, still working but just feeling bored and sluggish. Turns out it was high blood pressure. I also felt tired all the time even after a full nights sleep.

Dig deep, the main rush is yet to be upon us. Been a couple of weeks without a day off, thats with turning away work. Only plus side is that my rates have increased again.

Looking forward to christmas and new year, going to have some serious time off. Phones off and quality time with the family.

If I came to your home to do work and you were like that I would be looking to test for CO, what enviroment are you working in? And RPM is right don't ignore it, we all do,

I agree with stani and rpm , go to your gp get a blood test I had similay symptoms , turned out I was just low on vitamin d

I've felt worse ache wise etc after a nights sleep, although I am on the settee as my snoring is world class and the misses is a really light sleeper and has to look after our 2 year old and 3 month old as I'm dead to the world and hear nothing!

If getting an appointment with the gp takes ages then find a walk in centre mate, thats what they are there for.

No back boiler. My mate serviced boiler a few months back and we have got CO detectors.

Glad to hear it, I've got admit I now carry a personal CO detector when I'm out working, just in case.

Glad you got that off your chest then,!

Sounds like you need some time out to recharge pal, especially if you're making silly mistakes. We've all been there at some point......exhaustion springs to mind!
Your customers and more importantly your kids (and the missus) will thank you for it!
Hope you feel better soon

New born - check
Sleeping on the sofa - check
Work stress - check
Absolutely cream-crackered - check

Sounds like sleep deprivation to me, if that situation is going to continue get an inflatable mattress, ear plugs, blind fold and no electronics or work related activity at least 1 hr preferably 2hrs before bedtime.

You need good quality ZZZZZZ otherwise you're no good to anyone, if you're a snorer it may be a weight/blood pressure related issue so definitely get yourself checked out and yes do tell the wife.

All the best

One thing you need to do & i"m guilty of it aswell,is drink plenty of water. You start to de hydrate the brain starts to suffer. You"ll be surprised how much more energy you have.
This could also explain the headaches!

It`s been 5 days now so what have you done about it ?
If as I expect you`ve done bugger all then consider the family visiting you in hospital on the 25th Dec how does that idea sound mate ?

All of the above plus possibly SAD. When light levels drop we can feel poleaxed. I am always low this time of year ( mentally and physically ) and sympathise with your symptoms. However we are not doctors so get yourself checked out to make sure !

Had a lot better week. I do however feel achy. I think I need to do some exercise. I am however taking Mondays off for November. This is for a few reasons. To allow my body a rest. To spend more time with family and lastly My turnover is £80K so close to VAT threshold!
