Turned boiler on, thought something wasn't quite right with flame. Turned on analyser. CO was 500ppm in d room. The ESB (electricity supplier) had done work outside building. Reversed phases. So d burner motor was running backwards, still satisfied the air pressure switch in a Riello RS gas burner.
Simple fix, but could you imagine what might've happened if I just turned on d boiler and left.
I always do combustion test, leak test and check boiler stats etc on any boiler visit.
