Had a lot better week. I do however feel achy. I think I need to do some exercise. I am however taking Mondays off for November. This is for a few reasons. To allow my body a rest. To spend more time with family and lastly My turnover is £80K so close to VAT threshold!

Your right stani. Can't be too careful. I got a call in to turn on d heating for the winter in a large office block. Boiler in basement. Turned boiler on, thought something wasn't quite right with flame. Turned on analyser. CO was 500ppm in d room. The ESB (electricity supplier) had done work outside building. Reversed phases. So d burner motor was running backwards, still satisfied the air pressure switch in a Riello RS gas burner.
Simple fix, but could you imagine what might've happened if I just turned on d boiler and left.
I always do combustion test, leak test and check boiler stats etc on any boiler visit.
yeh can sleep a lot easier.
Anyway helpsy, sorry for drifting from you. I think give yourself one more week, try to slow down a bit. Learn to say no, not easy, I'm allergic to that word too. If ye wreck yourself, you won't make any money when your out sick, or worse. If yer still fked head to d GP
