dont understand boiler

Hi all I'm new on this, i had an ideal 30 boiler fitted on Saturday i set the salus thermostat model rt500rf to come on at 0700 and go of at 1800 at only 19 degrees at the moment it is 22 in the room where the thermos sits but the heating came on at 1730 when i thought it had to reach the temperature IE 19 (before it did) it did the same this morning can anyone shed light on this for me Thanks

We aim to please. Why would you ask us when you've paid good money to have it installed. It may be faulty and obviously it's still under warranty.
We get a lot of people on here who've fitted there own stuff then come on here for us to sort it out for them as well. So yes we can be a bit cagey.

In any case, you've paid for a functioning system, you haven't got it.

Do not get snotty with us because you haven't had the answer you think you need.
