heating comes on with hot water isomax f28e

hi people,

i've been having a problem with my boiler for the past couple of days, i have a saunier duval isomax f28e, when i turn on the hot water my heating warms up as well and gets very hot, i'm sure its not the programmer as i dont have one, any ideas what this would be, most likely the diverter valve?
