Hi everyone
Just had a call from a customer. She used her new shower (new ground floor extension) for the first time today & then noticed that the overflow was runnning. it has been running all day & she has just checked both tanks in the loft, both are hot & the surrounding pipes are hot. Anybody come across this or know what is causing it ? Or any ideas what to check etc ?

what type of shower,ie if a blending type cold water pressure could ,if shower faulty be going up to f&e tank,if heating /hot water on then may be normal all surrounding pipes are hot, need more info

Thermostatic mixer, fed from same pipework as rest of new bathroom. If it is faulty how does this make both tanks fill with hot? She used the shower & did not comment about it not working correctly
