Invoicing software and gas /oil apps

I know this has come up a few times.

What apps are good

What I want to be able to do is gas certs like cp12 service sheets etc same with oil and invoicing.

Is there anything that is good and does the lot.

Also is there anywhere I can down load boiler manuals?
