Anyone came across the cause for this before? It's a macdee DVE 0600 valve with the cable linked to the flush.
 
No restrictor and not boosted.
Valve has only recently started to pulsate. Mains pressure cold to inlet and there hasn't been any change in pressure.
 
Iso valve there you could try and restrict the water with?
