I have been asked to change a metal toilet cistern in an outside toilet does anyone know the best place to get one from?

They have a plastic one at the moment but they want it replacing with one that matches the pipe work. They also want an old style wooden toilet seat.

That is the style! I'll have a look about but thought they would have to pay a lot

a BOB or two

I hope so! I am thinking maybe a few £100? I have one, which is probably about 1940s and in decent condition and copper like new but dull finish as never been polished. Never have seen one like it made of copper. Got to be extemely rare. Bevelled lid and designed for chain pull if I remember it right. I nearly scrapped it years ago, but then thought I would keep it.
