Hi I wonder if you could help me. I have had a thermostatic mixer shower fitted about 8 months ago and it has worked fine. It;s a very simple design with a control on the left that you turn to switch it on and the right control for hot or cold. Now for some reason when turn the right hand control to hot all I get is tepid water. I can feel the unit get hot but that's all. What is the problem?
