Oil tank lifter has 12 litre tank and electric pump. The AGA uses 40 litre a week so the normal activation of the pump is every 2.5 days usually. But for the last week it had switched on daily for 5 mins which is the usual time it takes to fill it normally.
any idea men, as to why this has just started.
i have two tanks connected, so the blockage on one outlet line should not occur. Before the lifter is a filter but that's all before the pump.

i,m lost

Possible leak on feed pipe to lifter allowing air in and oil line to empty back to tank. The daily running is to refill the lifter from empty. Or a possible leak on pipe from lifter to Aga control box.
