A cc8 year old Baxi combi. C/H is hot. Hot water to kitchen tap (situated in room below boiler) good. Hot water to bathroom sink (situated in same room as boiler) good. Hot water to bath tap (situated in same room as boiler)- when tap fully open temperature cold/luke-warm, tun tap down to 1/2 flow then water piping hot...any thoughts? Rich.

Youve got a combi, larger bore bath taps let the water out quicker therefore cant warm as well, basin taps have slightly slower flow rate therefore hotter water, answer run the bath slower or get a plumber in to install an unvented cyl and system boiler, bit more costly in the short term tho.
