This is probably a very simple question but I'm struggling for an answer. We have an Ideal Esprit HE30 boiler which has been running fine. We had a new radiator fitted today and I can't get hold of the builder until tomorrow but in the meantime the boiler has gone off and I can't get it to restart. When it tries to fire up the pressure is 0.5. I was able to repressurize our previous boiler with instructions from the manual but this one doesn't actually say how to do it. Would someone please tell me the sequence for turning the taps to fix this please? I would be really grateful if we don't have to spend a cold evening!

Look for a flexible hose beneath your boiler.

Depending on how sadistic your installer was, it may actually be behind a kitchen unit as a past poster discovered once!

i asume you know where the filling loop is if so trun the vales on does not matter which order when garge reads 1.5 bar turn off and boiler should light

had one a few weeks back , Boiler in kitchen , Filling loop in hall cupboard about 30' away, had to get customer to keep an eye on pressure gauge and shout when done.

Hi There,

I am new to this site and have an Espirit 2 30 boiler. The boiler has been working fine, we've never had any issues. However the gas ran out today, so we've brought more but the boiler still is not producing any hot water or heating. Anyhow the display screen on the boiler is not coming on, there is no lights on or anything. We've tried ringing technical support however (typically) its not open at this time on a Saturday night! :-( :-(

My partner has changed the fuse in case that was the issue, however its still not working. Can anyone please help?

Thank you

Beckey.
