I am about to have one of these installed in a property I am refurbishing
COMBI Tank | Quooker boiling-water taps
Do I need to get my heating engineer, who is G3 rated, to fit this or can I do it myself? The reason I ask is according to the spec it has a pressure relief valve and a sort of Tundish, and I really don't need any extra grief from so called surveyors.

i would get a g3 person even if it doesnt (covered your arse anyway then)

Because its less than 15 litres it doesn't need to be installed by a G3 registered engineer and doesn't need notifying.. But correct me if I'm wrong.

Excellent chaps! I shall proceed with plan A, if it's there when my G3 man is he can fit it and if not I have just found out that Quooker do a free install service if you buy it off their web site.
