Replace Kitchen tap aerator difficulty

Hello Everyone!

I am very new to plumbing

I am trying to open the kitchen mixer tap faucet, to replace the aerator, but its too jammed to open. I tried using this tool - https://www.savewatersavemoney.co.uk/products/view/744/tap-inserts-twin-pack.html, but didn't help.

I tried the regular plier, didn't help. What else can be tried here? Is WD40 an option?
Please help out.

Aerator for kitchen mixer tap normally screws on end of nozzle. Suspect what you have is for individual taps. Others may confirm/correct.
