Hello!

Currently looking to purchase a property with only a coal heating system. This is definitely something we'd want to replace with central heating most likely with a combi boiler. Does anyone have any estimates regarding the cost of this?

The property has two radiators one upstairs and one downstairs, and we'd probably want to add 3 additional radiators upstairs and 2 downstairs. The property currently has electricity and gas, and the current coal heating is next to the gas oven in the kitchen so would have easy access.

We really just want estimates before we consider putting an offer down. The property is in the south east of England and was built in the 1950s.

Really need to get someone to get eyes on as there are a lot of variables. We don't tend to discuss prices on open forum as there is so much variation up and down the country. Depending on the boiler you go for you'd be looking somewhere between 5-7k

As above and I would allow upto 10 k depend on what needed doing that's a worse case eg new pipe work all new rads etc may come in less than that but won't be any more
