Got a flue next to Double window one side opens which is furthest away from flue.

The fixed window is closest to the flue.

Would you measure from edge of closest window to edge of the flue which is around 275mm or from openable window to edge of flue which is 875mm??

As far as I'm concerned, distances are from an opening into the building, so from the open able window

are you gas safe reg if not then you dont need to know

There are different distances depending on if it's square or round (Balanced or fanned) to the actual opening the window sits in. Not sure i can say much more..Google flue distances there's loads of stuff out there.

Shyguy, can you please follow the forum rules and get your yellow badge up?
