Hi, my first post here, hope someone can help

I have a Sime Friendly format 80E boiler and it keeps topping pressure up. I have disconnected the fill pipe as I thought the valves were passing but it still tops up.
I also thought it was the diverter valve and changed this but no improvement. Any advice on what to look at next would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Dave

Possible hole in the plate heat ex, but you do need to be qualified to work on them

No gas advice on this forum unless you can prove you are gas safe registered but welcome anyway

As above. Welcome to UKPF.
You need to assist a qualified engineer to carry out any further information about how appliance is functioning.
Sorry

stop wasting time and money on the wrong diagnosis and call in a gas registered technician, one who does repairs not just installs and they can fix it for you.

please don't mess with your boiler you really don't know what you're doing. get a GAS SAFE engineer in to look at it. thread closed.
