Toilet seat - concealed/floating WC

Family member has a floating WC, toilet seat has came off and can't get their hand round the back like you can on your standard pan to tighten up the bolts.
Where can he buy a suitable seat? Had a look but can't find one, must be one out there as it's a pretty common set up.

Almost had a panick attack. Thought for a brief moment someone had recommened the dreaded VP off TV. !!!!!!

My local city plumbing have a top fix one on the shelf, not sure about the shape of it for your loo though.
