Viessmann system boiler controls

Hi all,

I've got a job shortly where I will be removing an existing open vented boiler and fitting a viessmann system boiler, removing the F&E tank and making the heating side a sealed pressurised system.
Just wondering what controls for the hot water side people fit? I've spoke to viessmann technical and they told me to use the viessmann plug in probe but it's only 3m long and that will only just be too short to reach the cylinder.
any recommendations or suggestions please guys?

As far as im aware it's a plug in probe I can't find the extension part for it, have you used this stat before or had to extend it before?
