Water over flowing and running in to toilet bowl

Hi all,
Please help, I have water over flowing and running in to the toilet bowl, I've had the washer on the ball valve replaced 3 times the whole ball valve unit replaced twice and the flush unit replaced once, and the longest it has ever stopped running for is 3 weeks, when i tell you this has all happened in the last 5 months you will see my dilemma, PLEASE HELP

Water level set too high causing internal overflow or if it flushes with a button the flush valve sealing washer needs replacing
