Why arent these more widely fitted in UK ? Unvented wall mounted water boilers

Seen a lot in Europe but rarely seen in the UK.

I would have thought they would be very useful in a lot of situations.

100l direct cylinder but normally 30l under sink water heater for commercial uses

Paid more than that for a 15l undercounter heater last year, them's some cheap heaters.
Energy efficiency rating 'D' though, are you allowed to fit something with that rating?

had one supplied and fitted, 30lt ariston by a spanish 'plumber' (in spain)
60euro's ALL IN that includes carting it up the street 400 yards and to 4th floor.lol
