Can someone help please? Water coming out of boiler too hot. Turned down thermostat on front of the boiler to its lowest setting, but no use! Also the radiators are too hot as well. Again, turning down the TMV's made no difference! Had a plumber call and he said there was nothing wrong  Lastly, there is a dripping sound which seems to be coming from the top of the boiler:confused: In the last two years the boiler has had a new pump, diaphragm, fan and circuit board.
Help please!
