Hi

My boiler has stopped working. Not getting any ho****er or heating. The blue light is on but no green light. I have tried to reset it. Any ideas on what the problem could be.

Thanks for your help

If your meter is a pre pay have you got credit?

Check the system pressure too, the needle should be in the green.

Not on a pretty pay metre. It's a sealed unit so where would the pressure valve be. Sorry I have no idea.

If you look on the front of your boiler you'll see a little pressure gauge. Looks like number 9 on this picture.

The gauge maybe near the boiler or in the airing cupboard the Ri isn't a system boiler Croppie

No. It's metrosexual white goods wall hung tin foil crap.

Give me an NXR every day of the week!

That assessment of her boiler will give ana confidence! What's a NXR I only deal with wall hung tinfoil plastic

If the blue light is on, then the boiler is waiting for a demand for heating or hot water to be made. If you can't get any, then something is not asking the boiler to come on

Isn't the ri the regular boiler? Not got a pressure gauge etc. get a local GSR in to have a look for you.

GAs is working in the kitchen. Will look for a pressure gauge. Do you think it could have condensation somewhere that's why its not igniting

Hi VillageIdiot and wattsie91987
