I have a job coming up for a HMO
It will be a system boiler and unvented in the loft
1 heating zone & 1 hot water zone

Im thinking a programmable room thermostat for heating in the hall (the tenants can adjust)
Single channel programmer for hot water in the loft (tenants cant fiddle)

What do you think?

Twin channel programmer where it cant be fiddled with. Anti tamper room stat in hall way then put a cage around it to make it truly anti tamper.

@ShaunCorbs
Would you have a wiring diagram for an s plan with programmable room stat for heating and single channel timer for hit water in your collection?

I can make one up for you if you want email me the kit / spec and will draw one up

@scott_d what brand / make of unvented cylinder

here you got mate hope this helps
