Evening all, have any of you had this issue? I recently installed a DAB Esytank (480 ltr accumulator) and Esybox pump and the Esytank has overflowed a few times now. I'll probably change the DAB ballvalve for a brass Pt2 one.
Appreciate any advice.
Cheers

Hard water area as that’s the only time I’ve had a issue

Thanks Kev, I emailed them yesterday not had a reply yet, I'll give them a call tomorrow.

Thanks Shaun, it's Norwich and water is very hard, however it's feed via a softener.
A phone call works best I`ve found, and yes agree about the hardness in EA but yours is via a softener.

This was the issue FYI
