I cannot find supplier of the seal to stop the leak from underneath the
kitchen sink?

Does the seal have name?

The leak is from the first compression joint underneath the sink.

1. Hard to be sure, but it looks as if that compression nut has been cross-threaded. If it has its very unlikely to seal again.
2. The waste looks like an IKEA one. They are a bit non-standard, and while you might get one by looking on-line, you might have to replace the trap and waste fittings.
 
Good idea to replace grey ikea rubbish with "mcalpine" very easy DIY job.
If you show the rest of the pipework we'll be able to give you the id of parts you need
