I have an older Geberit, installed in 2009 (see photo). All the videos that I can find are about much newer models. No matter where I set the fill level, it over fills and pours down the overflow into the bowl, causing the filling to continue forever. The filling mechanism is quite recent, but clearly has a problem. Does anyone have this model, and how should I proceed? Thanks.

If it’s new, it is unlikely to need a new diaphragm. More likely is that there is some grit in the valve that is stopping it shutting off. Remove the valve, dismantle/clean/reassemble - before refitting it run some water into the cistern to clear the supply pipe.

Thank you. I’ve taken it out and cleaned it and restored it and it’s working so far. But, it had been working intermittently. Just in case, I’ve ordered a replacement part. I replaced it a few years ago (3 or 4) but had already forgotten how to take it apart. This time, I’ve made notes. The part is branded SIAMP.
