Discuss Bathroom tap has twisted the wrong way in the Bathroom Advice area at Plumbers Forums

Can someone please give me a bit of advice here. My hot tap has slowly been twisting the wrong way in recent months. Now it's finally against the wall. I don't want to switch it on for fear I won't get it back off.

The bath is basically attached to the wall so it's next to impossible to get it off. I'm having a nightmare
