total blockage in kitchen sink

what will cut through whatever is blocking my kitchen sink? I've put sulfuric acid, and then later i put a whole gallon of liquid plumber down it, got a snake to go down to the first bend subfloor, then tried suction. nothing, still not draining.

Check your first manhole outside it could be backing up from that once open rod from that end.
