    connecting a test pump to 15mm pipe (air)

    Has anyone got a simple way to connect an air pump to 15mm pipe to rig up a crude air test kit? Jut want to check I dont have open ends before filling up on my own

    Blending unvented hot water

    Can you blend the water as it leaves the cylinder or does it have to be done at point of use? just thinking I could use a slightly smaller cylinder for a tight spot as the stored hot water would ‘last longer’ You don’t need 60degree water to wash your hands or the dishes.

    Flue integrity test

    I always do a flue integrity check on the air inlet sample point. Never had an issue. Doing one today and I realised I don’t know what values the are to be classed as a fail. Can’t seem to find it in my books either. Is there a TB I can read to refresh my brain?

    Service unvented £££££

    Can I ask what you guys charge to service unvented cylinders? It would be at the same time as the boiler is serviced (I charge £70 for the boiler) New builds -about 5 years old

    Vaillant Turbomax noise

    Went to do a gas safety check on a Turbomax today It’s fine in CH Makes this groaning noise in HW if the temp dial is above half way. Diverter? Doesn’t seem to have a bypass
