    And you likely don’t need to buy a whole new complete screen. Could take measurements and get a glass company to cut you new glass.

    Gas fire supply pipe leak

    Be careful cutting coated pipe people. Went to a pretty bad leak today. House was empty, neighbours reported the smell of gas. Fire was installed 8 years ago....lucky

    Pump help please guys

    Got a dead Grundfos Alpha2 L 15/60 es in my buddies Nibe 370. The body of the pump doesn’t have opposite inlet/outlet connections but rather bottom outlet and rear inlet. He’s currently got no heating and I can’t source this pump locally. I know the UPS3 head will fit in a standard Alpha2 L...

    Open vent heating system - Vent discharge

    Got to look at a system which is discharging out of the open vent. Any tips, hints? Gonna check f&e/pump connection locations. Pump speed. System water quality for indication of blockage. Worth cutting out the feed tee to check for blockage? Any others?

    DIY Forum for DIY Plumbers?

    Don’t think you should split the diy. Keeps the forum active and interesting. I enjoy reading and mentally solving the diy issues that come up. Pros would solve the issue while on the job and it’d never get posted.
