    what a nightmare,i changed the diverter valve the bypass would not go far enough into filling loop enabling me to put the flimbsy piece of u shaped rod to lock it in,next the water to water heat ex the top right hand fixing i give it one turn to many and the screw snapped leaving the threaded...

    no hot water

    i have a baxi105he the hot water only works when c h is on, and a alpha cb 33 according to punter they only get hot water when th ch is on and turned up on stat to 21 degrees ? any ideas

    when the gas pipe leave gas box at the rear into property the pipe work is supposed to be sleeved, or are these box so designed to act as a sleeve and as long as they are sealed at both ends,every thing is fine.

    baxi floorstander

    when you call for heat either dhw or ch ,it takes a while and then the boiler explodes into action with flash of yellow engulfing the entire bottom of boiler,seals and ventilation seem fine flame picture,yellow flames any ideas, boiler recently serviced not by me.

    mini c24 expansion vessel

    the vessel needed changed,so rather than boiler of the wall i put a remote one 8ltr on the return as close to boiler as possible,but the boiler still increase pressure and setting prv off, i felt remote vessel and it was just warm it felt as no water was in it, if that makes sense,whats going on

    flame failure, condensate blocked 30 fault light comes on,pump runs fan runs one click,then back to fault light,the hot water was working until i worked my magic and that stopped working aswell the hot water indication light does not even come on when taps running

    is the connection made when you use manual lever on valve,or does it energise and take it about 10mm to micro switch,i've took the top of this one and when i use lever it's about 10mm short from micro switch,when iv'e used 2 port in the past the manual lever opens valve,but is it energised that...

    2port valve

    the valve seems to be stuck, when heating is called for it does not engage micro switch,i started to loosen head screws and the valve seem to release and engaged micro switch,,will i get away with changing just the head or is valve body causing it to stick
