    baxi 105e leaking

    from the diverter manifold were it connects to the dhw pressure diff valve ,can you get a kit for the diverter valve or will it eed replaced.

    gas leak

    i have been to a gas leak and can not find it,with appliances isolated ,the leak is on the pipework and quite significant,what is one to do,i'm back tomorrow to tackle the kitchen floor,i didn't no that you could get 22mm copper pipe in 5mtr length, i do now,lifting flooring every meter looking...

    this combi has a rf drayton stat,when you call for heat every thing appears fine,at the receiver all seems fine but at the boiler there is no call for heat as the boiler is giving the code s 30

    vaillant vcw sine 18

    does anyone know how to take gas inlet pressure on this beast of a boiler and gas valve.there is a test nipple on the gas inlet pipework buts it's behind the boiler and impossible to get at..or is it..and i'm after the manual.

    combi - combi changeover

    pretty straight forward apart from the gas,,boiler at back of house,meter at front a stair case in the middle of two bedrooms,the current gas pipe goes into concrete floor in 22mm and reappears at the boiler in 15mm,any band a combis that are suitable for 15mm supply,if i take the gas pressusre...

    raven heat csi 85 a

    works ok in dhw, but when ch is called for the boiler fires burns for approx 5 seconds then shuts down, then fires burns for 5 seconds then shuts down,it does this as long as you call for heat,the flow pipe is red hot and the return is barley warm,when the boiler is calling for heat and you run...

    can you connect a flexi liner direct to box,if you can how do you fit a 5 inch liner into mf10 vent on top of flue box ,what a mission, is there a knack

    the mi asks for a vent of 15cm2, so if going under the floorboards to an outside wall does that make the floorboard vent 22.5cm2

    i 've taken a back boiler out connected to a pre fabricated flue,the connection from the bbu hood was selkirk twin wall ,this part fell away when i pulled the back boiler out,what is the best way to make good,with an out set ,closure plate etc,the builders opening is huge.

    when removing gas fire back boiler to replace,do away with back boiler and renew with a new fire,can the liner remain.

    eless sapphire double feed indirect hot water unit

    rads getting hot when hw only is asked for....and a builder put a pump under the bath to increase pressure to shower not sure about this as it seems to be drawing water quicker than the unit can deal with any body came across a similar set up and does it work.?elson sapphire
