    18" immersion

    is it possible to bend 18" immersion heater to fit in a side entry cyl ? went to job where heater. had failed, took out old one and it was 18" and it was bent and had split where the bend was, it had been in a number of years and had worked ok. Put an 11" one in, now cust is complaining t that...
