    We did some working in a property with what looked like a mechanical/compression connection on the gas service? is this allowed? it was external and had a service supply as standard I didn't take a photo but jut looked odd to me

    Baxi Neta-tec Plus 33 GA .

    Hi folks I am not a Baxi type so not familiar with this boiler. Customer has got heating but no hot water. The display does not register that there is DHW demand. When heating is turn on the diverter operates and the boiler fires as it should and when turned of the diverter returns back to DHW...

    Baxi solo the first one .

    Been to one today that I fitted in 92. Its had the thermocouple replaced twice maybe more as he cant remember in the past 20 od years by the owner. Room stat was open circuit hence no two port for heating. Came away with a proper piece of cake.

    Hi folks I had a call to go and look at one of these which is apparently leaking water when its used and not when its turned off. Could anyone give me a heads ups before I go and look tomorrow. All I know is that its open vent s plan thanks in advance
