    Kitchen sink - slow draining

    So, toilet overflowing. Tried to fix ball cock, still drips, whipped it out, not easy. Put same in BUT the shank wasn't long enough to reach the pipe fitting to connect water, no play in pipes. Luckily I had 4 new fluidmasters on the van! Anyway, how do you get around the length of shank (!)...

    Broken shower advice please

    Changing bath taps.

    Friends Can I ask your thoughts on this one. You go to change bath taps, say pillar taps. You get them off but you can't see the tap connector on the feed pipe & can't feel if there's a fibre washer there, it's not on the bottom of the old taps, So, you try to feel & scrape as best you can...
