    water bill

    Just got my Anglian water bill for the year ahead : £564,58 for two adults and 1 kid age 4 ! how much do you pay for your water ? Seems gas is cheaper then water , and it never stop raining !!!

    22mm soft copper pipe

    any one used some of this soft pipe ? what grade to be used in a ch sytem ? Its for a house the has been burned down and everything is getting re done but new floor is already been down but accessible from below + they dont want plastic so soft copper to be used

    Finally we have moved in to the new house in a village near Northampton

    And guess what , boiler does not work ....... :( (baxi 100he system ) expansion vessel has failed and boiler gets to 3bar and let all water out tomorrow will be a call to the new landlord to introduce my self !
