    oldish ferroli tempera, all good when running, customer has no issues but on start up its sounds like its going to jump off the wall.. done the usual bleeding extra but why this only when cold i.e morning start up and early evening start up... anyone got a ideas ?

    baxi bermuda 551

    called to this old unit, no main burner, changed T/C and cleaned pilot tube and injector. Now cutting out after 10 mins. Gas Valve drops out. Checked stats etc all working fine. i suspect Gas valve but anyone on here have any other ideas, customer has very little money so its a bit of a favour job.

    meter failure

    Called to a Alpha 35 today, no heating or DHW. Did the checks, no gas supply at CHB.Checked meter, no pressure at test point.Checked for caps etc, nowt.Called in BG they said meter had failed, ive never had this before, how common is this ?

    Installed a f28 (domicondens) today, came to commission and high co 0.004 ratio and 430ppm. Rang technical they said check flue ways and pressures etc, all looks fine, anyone have any other ideas need to put to bed, cheers

    customers CHB, cutting out on high flame setting after 20mins. Gas Pressure OK, Gas rate OK, Flame picture good but very high Co, its a water cooled burner and i have cleaned exchangers and condense today....can anyone help ?
