    a friends boiler- ideal excel, room sealed, system--- works for only 3 minutes then stopped, the boiler looks very old, the gas pressure is fine, what is most common fault for the boiler? shall i check the flame detection electrode first? cheers in advance

    i am going to buy a terraced house, but the house does not have back garden because it has been converted into a drive way for another property, the man hole was then buried under concrete, is this a problem in the future? if some blockage happens will it become impossible to unblock it? cheers...
