    Honeywell Smartfit - hot water running when it shouldn't

    I have a Honeywell Smartfit S Plan system. I have discovered that the HW runs even if the programmer is off. I tried to disconnect the actuator but that just comes up as a fault. Any ideas as to how I can find out why the HW is running.
