    Baxi 51/5 b boiler

    just been out to this back boiler a baxi 51/5 electronic pcb fitted 09/2004 and the red light was on,so pressed reset it went to orange flashed a couple of times and then back to red.there is some signs of heat in the middle of pcb .so assume need to hanged pcb as was working ok ? any sensible...

    spider manifold leaking!!

    Hi everyone As a new member (50 yrs in plumbing & Heating) came across this 12 connector manifold leaking at 2 places and having not seen one of these in all my years it looked like a dogs dinner.also another 12 pipe manifold a couple of inches away,but not leaking .House has 12 rads? so must...
