    Hi I have Ideal independent C24 for about 5 years, eralier on this year I stared to get not too warm water, I cleaner plate heat exchanger and problem stopped, however I had no regulation on the mixer in the tap, instantly when I wanted to mix the hot with cold water boiler burner would cut off...
